Deepening Cooperation to Build a New Smart City Ecosystem
At the beginning of the ceremony, Vortexinfo General Manager Cheng Zhuo delivered a welcome speech. He stated that during this critical period of accelerating global smart city iteration and the transformation of urban governance towards refinement and intelligence, the partnership between Vortexinfo and Intellect Global is a strategic choice that aligns with industry trends and complements each other's developmental strengths.
As a leading Chinese comprehensive service solution provider for the intelligent governance of cities, Vortexinfo possesses deep expertise in areas such as smart municipal affairs, urban service robots, end-to-end digital platforms, and AIoT device R&D. Its business covers over 200 cities across China, serving more than 600 government clients.

Intellect Global brings over thirty years of profound experience in Singapore's infrastructure construction and facilities management sectors. Its services cover multiple major Singaporean government projects, and it holds mature technology and application experience in smart city management platforms, UAV inspection, AI security monitoring, and related fields.

According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly establish a joint venture in Singapore. They will focus on the deep integration of "Smart City + Property Management & Operations," promoting the combination of Vortexinfo's advanced products—such as urban governance robots, intelligent equipment, and smart platforms—with Intellect Global's advantageous resources in facility management, city operations, IoT system integration, and localized services.
The two sides will first promote the "Autonomous Cleaning and Inspection" pilot project in Singapore. This initiative aims to explore a new integrated urban management model of "Robots + Platform + Operations," assisting in the digital, automated, and intelligent upgrade of Singapore's city services.
This collaboration not only represents a critical step in Vortexinfo's internationalization strategy but also serves as a significant practice for Chinese smart city technology and management models expanding overseas. In the future, the joint venture will be based in Singapore, radiating its influence across Southeast Asia. It will continue to export replicable, operable, and evolvable comprehensive smart city solutions, injecting new momentum into global urban governance.
Guided by its mission of "Building Better Cities with Technology," Vortexinfo will continue to join hands with global partners to collectively create more livable, resilient, green, and harmonious urban spaces.
